Panhandle Public Library Cooperative System - ensuring the needs of the communities are met.
PPLCS Governing Board is comprised of 12 members representing the counties of Calhoun, Holmes, Jackson and Washington.
The Administrative Board is responsible for setting and approving the policies and budgets for the cooperative. The Board also serves as an advocate for library services and promotes local programs ensuring that the needs of the citizens of each county library area is met.
The county libraries and library patrons in these counties are fortunate to be affiliated with this dedicated and committed group of individuals, and we thank them for their continued support.
